Communion Services |
|
|
|
At Maxwell Mearns Castle we normally hold a Communion
Service on the second Sunday morning and evening of March,
June and December and on one Sunday in September or early
October whose date we will announce in advance.
We usually have an informal communion on the Thursday of
Holy Week. As to who may participate, the Church of Scotland
has an open table for all who love the Lord and it has been
the tradition within the Church of Scotland that evidence of
such love is demonstrated and affirmed through the public
profession of faith that is made upon joining the church. |
