This team aims to keep the congregation in touch with the
main issues and needs of the different links within the
church, the city and far beyond. These issues range from
Alpha courses, to Prison ministry, to overseas mission, with
many others on the way. It considers ways to reach out to
people who presently have no church link and encourages the
church members to support, pray, and respond to God’s call
to become actively involved in such ventures.
The Outreach Ministry Team also oversees the support and
encouragement of a number of people called to more full-time
Christian service, both on a long and short-term basis. |

This ministry has responsibility for the sheaf of weekly
notices, leaflets, and magazines needed to keep everyone up
to date with all the varied groups and activities of our
church. It maintains the notice boards, and generally offers
practical help to all groups on the production of
appropriate material. We help our local churches by copying
material for them using our Risograph fast copier.
The Team is also responsible for the church website, and for maintaining and updating the church
computers. Our software and its licenses are kept up to
date. |
